Refund policy

At volt, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging; to be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required, and customers must contact us at talhaasla05@gmail.com before sending any items back, as unauthorised  returns may not be accepted; refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after the returned item is received and inspected, excluding original shipping costs unless otherwise required by law; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case volt will cover reasonable return shipping expenses; certain items may be non-refundable, including final sale items, gift cards, and digital products, if applicable; we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us; this policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, and volt reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
